The Site allows you to shop and make purchases online. However, you are prohibited from:
– Using the site if you cannot form legally binding contracts, are under the age of 18, or are temporarily or indefinitely suspended from our site.
– Mining or collecting information about users’ personal data.
– Manipulating product prices or interfering with the website’s operation.
– Taking any action that may damage or interfere with the rating system.
To complete sign-up, you must provide your full legal name, address, valid email, and other requested information. Premium Patches reserves the right to set payment terms. Unless agreed otherwise, payments must be received before order acceptance. Accepted forms of payment include credit card, PayPal, or electronic check.
Invoices are due within the stated period. Production for custom orders will not begin until invoices are paid. Orders may be invoiced separately.
We may cancel or deny orders at our discretion. We are not responsible for pricing errors or typographical errors and reserve the right to cancel orders arising from such errors.
For overdue invoices (non-consumer purchases), a late penalty of 1% per month (or the maximum legal rate, whichever is less) will apply.
Cancellation Fee: Orders paid by credit card incur a 5% cancellation fee. Payments made by check or money order are exempt.
All items are shipped under a shipment contract. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
List Prices represent suggested retail, manufacturer’s pricing, or comparable industry estimates. We do not guarantee descriptions or prices are error-free. In cases of mispricing, we may cancel or adjust orders.
If a product is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
By using our website, you confirm ownership or proper licensing of any artwork, logos, or trademarks submitted for reproduction.
You release and indemnify Premium Patches from all claims or damages related to the use of submitted artwork.
You agree not to copy, modify, adapt, or reverse-engineer any software, services, or content from our site.
We may edit or update these Terms & Conditions at any time by posting the changes on our site. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.
Fraudulent activities are monitored. If detected, Premium Patches will take legal action, and you will be liable for all costs and damages.
Premium Patches is not responsible for delays caused by:
• Customs inspections of international shipments.
• Shipping carrier delays, including weather, wars, or changes in international laws.
• Customer-requested changes (design, quantity, pre-production samples, etc.).
We are only responsible for delays before goods are handed to the carrier.
All customer information is confidential and proprietary to Premium Patches. You agree not to share, distribute, or exploit confidential data.
Failure by Premium Patches to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver. All terms remain enforceable.
